Job Description:
As an Account Executive at Reroko, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail buyers, driving adoption of the platform, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding buyers through the onboarding process, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and nurture relationships with retail buyers, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Educate buyers on the features and benefits of the Reroko platform, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Represent Reroko at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving customer success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
